"Predicamental"
Monday, Monday. First of all, I welcome the rain this morning. I can't help it. I'm a "jacket required" person.
My mum used to beg me to take off my jacket, when I came home. I wouldn't. I forgot. Anyway, you had to be prepared. What if, within the next ten minutes, someone called and you'd have to leave? A jacket means freedom.
Pockets, of course, are a necessity. Jackets without pockets defy the object. I would never ever carry around one of those small leather things with a strap like a dog leash. And who wants to carry a pack every day? So the stuff I need for emergencies like chewing gum, a condom, a notebook and a fountain pen, some cash and a credit card as well as my portable phone, will have to find rest and safety inside the jacket's pockets.
The sun came out. Today. What am I gonna do?
